An important part in the recovery from injury is rehabilitation. Restoring mobility, flexibility and strength is a must if you want to regain full function, and even more importantly, reduce the chances of a re-injury.



Diet is an essential element of a successful health and fitness programme, and I place as much emphasis on nutrition and diet as I do on personal training. 

Every time you choose something to eat, be it a meal, a snack or something consumed 'on the run', you are making a decision that can affect your body in a positive or a negative way.

I aim to help you get a balance between the quality and quantity of the food you eat with the level of exercise or competition you perform. 



Performed using many different techniques and providing the body with numerous benefits, sports massage is a very useful therapy to reduce muscle tension and restore equilibrium to the muscular-skeletal system.

You may be suffering with tight calves every morning, a stiff neck after a day at work, whatever it may be, sports massage can  make a difference.

I recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals. But I also understand how important the environment is to allow you to do so.

This is why I have created a calm, spacious and private studio, that encompasses all relevant and up to date equipment.

You will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a unique dynamic that allows you to focus on your results.



The importance of having an injury treated is frequently overlooked and the healing process usually prolonged, often due to ignorance that it will get better on its own. Unfortunately this is rarely the case, as no matter how big or small the injury may be, the body generally needs help to regain full function.
I offer a fully comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment service – one that treats the individual; not the injury.
