What you eat and drink are vital to what you are, and what you may become. Every time you choose something to eat, be it a meal, a snack or something consumed 'on the run', you are making a decision that can affect your body in a positive or a negative way.

I aim to help you get a balance between the quality and quantity of the food you eat with the level of exercise or competition you perform. What may be an ideal diet for one person certainly may not be for another. The ultimate diet will encompass an individuals’ objectives, whether it is to maximise performance, improve health, reduce risk of disease or optimise mental performance. I offer dietary management and education in a number of nutrition related areas and recommend an appointment for the following reasons:
