I have been a personal trainer in Haslemere, Petersfield and the surrounding areas for almost 20 years, and the most common reason clients reach out to me, as a trainer, is to help with weight loss. Fat loss is one of the most common yet challenging goals, and the approach is different for every individual. A wide range of factors affect a persons ability to lose body fat, but through careful assessment of lifestyle choices, stress management, sleep patterns, nutritional assessment and your current activity levels, together, we can maximise your body’s ability to promote fat loss.

The sense of euphoria for achieving your target weight does seem a long way off, but by combining scientifically proven training techniques, a structured nutrition plan, some empowering motivation techniques and my full support and guidance, nothing is impossible.
